Anjali's Room

Anjali's room was designed and finished before she was born, before we knew whether she was a boy or girl. Many of the pieces are collected from travels or handmade by her mama. The paint color is Benjamin Moore's Robin's Nest, the alphabet board was handmade on canvas with cards designed by Jenn Ski, the light fixture is from Schoolhouse Electric, the owls were handmade by her mama, the marionette and wooden bird are from Prague, the felted nests are from Etsy, the basket is a travel gift from Rachel & Andy, the tree and the bird mobile were handmade by her mama. The crib is by Ikea but is unlikely to get used until it is a toddler bed. There is also a wonderful blue denim Dutailier recliner and footstool that were gifts from Anjali's maternal grandparents. We were able to hang out in this room today as mama heals and is able to sit for longer periods of time. Fuzzy, of course, joined us too. His choices? Coming up soon.....
